About RFMS
Our story began in January of 2010 and since then there has been no looking back. While our journey began with management of commercial buildings, we have expanded and established ourselves as the leading Turnkey service provider in Chennai. We are known for our individualistic approach and client-particular customisation of office spaces that are created to match the specified demands.
The involvement we bring to your project measures over ten years of hands-on experience and over a million square feet of construction and turnkey solutions. Our area of expertise spans Building maintenance, Electrical maintenance, Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning (HVAC) maintenance along with the state of the art Security Systems. Project spaces speak for themselves through their supreme quality and attention to detail from the client’s specifications.
Our team is constantly striving to expand our spaces and it involves our goals of reaching three million square feet within a period of three years. We are very proud of the fact that we operate from 7 full-fledged buildings while managing and maintaining over a million square feet of space currently.
